This policy explains how Plusoasis reports, edits and corrects the news and analysis we publish.
Our reporting and editorial judgments are made independently of advertisers, sponsors and any commercial relationships. No advertiser has influence over editorial content or coverage decisions.
We aim to attribute claims to identifiable sources, corroborate significant claims with more than one source where possible, and clearly distinguish confirmed facts from unverified reports.
Opinion and analysis pieces are clearly labelled as such. They reflect the views of the author and not necessarily those of the Plusoasis editorial board.
Any paid, sponsored or promotional content is clearly labelled and visually distinguished from editorial content. Advertisers do not review or approve editorial articles.
When we get something wrong, we correct it. Factual errors are corrected as soon as they are verified, and significant corrections are noted at the bottom of the affected article. Readers can flag a suspected error to editorial@plusoasis.com.
